  • Data Controller: When we collect information directly from you for our own business purposes (e.g., billing, marketing, website analytics).
  • Data Processor: When you (the Customer) upload employee data, candidate details, or other personal data into the HRPro Ams ERP platform. We process this data strictly on your instructions under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

3. Information We Collect

We may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

  • Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and company details provided out during registration or via contact forms.
  • Account and Profile Data: Usernames, passwords, roles, and preferences within the HRPro Ams platform.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Services, including IP addresses, browser types, session durations, and log files.
  • Customer Data: Employee, contractor, or applicant data inputted by you into the ERP system. (We act solely as a Processor for this data).

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
  • Process transactions and send related billing information.
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
  • Analyze usage trends to improve user experience and system performance.
  • Ensure system security and prevent fraud or unauthorized access.

  • Performance of a Contract: To deliver the Services you subscribed to.

Customer Data stored within the ERP system is retained for the duration of the subscription and will be returned or deleted upon termination, according to the Customer's instructions.
